Abstract
Some of the aspects of the Intestate Succession Act which are the concern of this dissertation include the following, i.e;Provisions relating to distribution of estate, Provisions relating to distribution where the intestate is survived by a spouse etc- Provisions relating to a surviving spouse or child or both, entitling them to the house, Provisions relating to devolution of home stead and common property in polygamous marriages. Provisions relating to small estates.Provision relating to traditional cleansing.
