dc.description.abstractThe issue of dual citizenship or nationality needs the out most attention of the people of Zambia. As the National Constitutional Conference in 2009 adopted the Articles pertaining to dual citizenship the time has come to discuss the impact and benefits it can provide to Zambians at length. The issue of dual citizenship will also be looked at in light of other countries that have adopted it and the effects of this. Also it should be emphasized that dual citizenship may or may not be included in Constitution this thesis seeks to add weight to those in favour of it's inclusiveness in the Constitution of Zambiaen_US
