Abstract
Introduction: Obstetric fistula has devastating effects on womens lives. Women affected with obstetric fistula have shown limited engagement with medical services despite the availability of treatment options. The factors associated with limited participation in treatment services are widely debated and continue to be an area worthy of further exploration.
