The book contains three main sections. The first one presents Basoli. Note that there is already a book on Basoli titled “A Brief History of the Soli people from 1500-1900 by Manchishi P.C. and Musona E. (1990). The second section is on the concept of culture. The third section, which describes the traditional culture of Basoli, is the central part of the book. Most of the information in this section is from my personal experience (I grew up in a Soli village) enriched by supplementary information from interviewees and secondary data (from documents).en
