| dc.description.abstract | The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ), established through Act of Parliament number 15 of 1983, is the national examination council that sets and conducts examinations and awards Certificates or Diplomas to successful candidates. When results are ready, the Minister of Education makes an announcement in parliament just before they are openly published to the public. Examination candidates can either wait for their certificates to arrive in a few weeks, or find ways of finding out how they fared.It would be suitable for the Examinations Council of Zambia to have a system by which past exam candidates could perceive their results as soon as they are announced to be ready. This can be done with the use of an on-line and an SMS application. | en_US |
